We've got a wealth of experience behind us. We've worked on big brands in large, award-winning London design agencies so we know all about creating strong brands and campaigns that really pack a punch. We've helped some of the worlds leading organisations find their voice and this is the experience we bring to PinkGreen. 

We are not a complex marketing machine. We don't have a string of account men, planners, creative group heads and hangers-on, hanging on. We don't have monumental egos – or the fees that go with them. We're simply a talented team of unique and clear-headed communicators with bags of right-on-the-button ideas. Our close-knit team of like-minded people share a passion for great communication and the power of a brilliant creative idea. Cat Bailey Creative Director

Having worked previously at big London agencies, Cat, who has received creative recognition from D&AD, is responsible for taking the creative lead in all shapes and sizes of design projects. Her greatest ability is to conjure up the genius idea, whether it be for an annual report or a postcard, whilst also recognising the business objective in hand. As creative director at PinkGreen she devotes her flair and tenacity to building a team of passionate designers producing premium quality design work. 

Previous clients include: Selfridges, Cadbury Schweppes, Sainsburys, Pearson, Ernst & Young & Intercontinental Hotels.

Kate Lowe Account Director

Beginning her career as a graphic designer, Kate chose to hang up her dusty designer sandals in favour of shiny project manager stilettos. Boasting a wealth of financial and account handling experience for a variety of companies from large corporate blue chips to smaller independent businesses. Kate can usually be found holding tightly to the purse strings and schedule to ensure that your project is delivered on time and on budget.

Previous clients include: BT, Marsh & Parsons, The Admirable Crichton, ICAP, BDO Stoy Hayward & Strutt and Parker.

Simon Hooley Project Manager

Having previously worked in the travel industry for a FTSE100 company in Operations and HR, Simon makes sure we are all kept on the straight and narrow. Primarily working alongside Kate, Simon's experience of being client side, his attention to detail and ‘can-do’ approach brings a wealth of management skills to PinkGreen.

Barney Stephens Design Team Head

Barney works closely with Cat managing the design team and coming up with great ideas that work hard, and applying them onto innovative media. He comes from one of London's best digital agencies working on both online and offline projects.

Previous clients include: UNICEF, McDonald's, Strutt & Parker, Picador, Great Ormond Street Hopsital, Barnado's and The British Library.

 

Claire Harvey Designer

Claire has recently been working for a creative agency in New Zealand. Home from her travels, her passion is print and her vast editorial experience allows her to move seamlessly from copy creation to layouts through to artwork and delivery. Used to the tight deadlines of the publishing world, Claire is a cool head when under pressure.

Previous clients include: Tresemme, Max Factor, L'Oreal, Philadelphia, Maggi, Ecostore and Green & Blacks.

Craig Cook Designer

Craig brings over 20 years’ experience in the communications industry to the PinkGreen team. Having worked at some of London's most well-known agencies, Craig has worked with many household names and global brands. A safe pair of hands, a great guy and a senior creative whose skills provide the perfect balance of conceptual thinking, passion and attention to detail.

Jess Gibbs Design Placement
Still at university and with the design world at her feet we have been lucky to find this creative bombshell!! Jess has been thrown into the creative deep end round here and she is swimming against the tide with her head firmly above water. Bringing with her great ideas, a fresh perspective and the ability to throw her hand to any task, it is always a pleasure to have Jess in the studio.
