Lazari Investments needed to communicate its stability as a property portfolio and their ability to ride the unpredictable property cycle. The clean and confident typography, a crisp gloss varnish to the pictures and a spattering of gold throughout set the style for a stylish, yet understated, report for a company surviving in a troubled industry.
